Soroptimist Union of Italy – Milano all Scala
The project “Women and Development” facilitates the dialogue between the club members and other professional women. Women who are successful in their professions talk about their career paths and elaborate how they manage their work-life balance. The project underlines the added value working-women bring to the economic, social and cultural development of society, especially in these times of uncertainty and change. The Project involves a series of events in Milan in which women discuss their professional career paths underlining strengths and qualities that have helped them in their working life. The goal is to use their experience and professional know-how to create, through the Soroptimist network, a model for helping and supporting young working-women who are starting out in their careers.
