1. An amount of € 2’500 to the Club SI of St. Petersburg (Russia) for the project ‘Making a difference’ – which helps a hospice for patients with cancer, encourages and supports the staff and will redesign the inner yard of the facility, in St. Petersburg;

2. An amount of € 6’000 to the Club SI of Raseiniai (Lithuania) to provide assistance for women and girls that have experienced violence, addictions, psychological problems and parenthood issues, in Raseiniai, Lithuania;

3. An amount of € 5’000 to the Club SI of Varna/ Vitosha-Ilina (Bulgaria) for the project ‘To save our common Earth’ – which aims to educate children on environmental issues, by teaching them to care for and preserve the earth, in Varna/ Vitosha-Ilina, Bulgaria;

4. An amount of € 3’500 to the Club SI of Kosice (Slovakia) to financially support the 7th International Meeting for Extraordinary and Talented Children with Special Needs, in Zlata, Slovakia;

5. An amount of € 5’125 to the Club SI Liège (Belgium) for the support of ‘La Maison d’eau’ – which educates children, from the ages of 4 to 7, on the importance of preserving water and not wasting it, in Liège, Belgium;

6. An amount of € 5’500 to the Club SI of Accra (Ghana) for the finalizing of the building of two water tanks for rural communities, in Accra, Ghana;

7. An amount of € 4’500 to the Club SI of Arendal (Norway) to support the project ‘Every little drop counts’ – which harvests rainwater and provides water tanks for 10 promary schoolsin Lusotho, Tanzania;

8. An amount of € 9’860 to the Club SI of Toamasina (Madagascar) for the purchase of 320 mosquito nets, in Toamasina, in Madagascar;

9. An amount of € 1’907 to the Club SI of Gisenyi (Rwanda) for the project ‘Culture de Légumes’ – which will help a group of HIV patients to grow their own vegetables, in Gisenyi, in Rwanda.

A total amount € 43’892. -- is allocated for the 2011-2012 Action Fund grants.
