At the Governors’ Meeting in Lucerne Vice President Verena v. Tresckow-Bronke and members of the Mentoring task force presented their results of the first 8 months of activities. The SIE Mentoring Handbook is available in the Member Area in English and French.
The next steps of the mentoring task force will be to get in touch with Unions and to build up an information channel. We can share best practices in Mentoring programs with each other to see where there are needs for support based on the approach described in the manual.
Webinars, to take place during winter, will help us all understand the common mentoring approach and will give ideas to run efficient mentoring programs.
