emploi r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 ou cr\u00e9er leur propre entreprise.<\/strong><\/p><p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des projets men\u00e9s en partenariat avec des organisations de microcr\u00e9dit, des entreprises et d&rsquo;autres institutions, nous soutenons l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance \u00e9conomique et l&rsquo;esprit d&rsquo;entreprise des femmes. Une attention particuli\u00e8re est accord\u00e9e aux femmes des zones rurales, prisonni\u00e8res des cycles de pauvret\u00e9 et accabl\u00e9es par des t\u00e2ches subalternes qui n\u00e9cessitent beaucoup de temps. Pour relever ces d\u00e9fis, nos projets d&rsquo;autonomisation \u00e9conomique s&rsquo;\u00e9tendent aux zones rurales recul\u00e9es pour construire des puits afin de r\u00e9duire le temps que les femmes passent \u00e0 aller chercher de l&rsquo;eau ou pour leur offrir une formation afin de les aider \u00e0 augmenter le rendement de leurs cultures et \u00e0 commercialiser leurs produits avec succ\u00e8s.<\/p><p>En combinant soutien pratique et opportunit\u00e9s \u00e0 long terme, les Soroptimist donnent aux femmes les moyens de prendre en main leur avenir
