Le Bureau restreint du SIE est compos\u00e9 de Soroptimist d\u00e9vou\u00e9es qui supervisent la direction strat\u00e9gique et la mission de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration. Il comprend la Pr\u00e9sidente, la Pr\u00e9sidente-\u00e9lue, la Pr\u00e9sidente sortante, trois Vice-pr\u00e9sidentes, la Tr\u00e9sori\u00e8re, la Directrice de Programme et la Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Tous les membres votants sont \u00e9lus pour un mandat de deux ans, \u00e0 l’exception de la Tr\u00e9sori\u00e8re et de la Directrice de Programme, qui peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9\u00e9lues pour un second mandat. Avec les membres du Bureau \u00e9largi, ils sont responsables des domaines cl\u00e9s align\u00e9s sur le mod\u00e8le organisationnel du SIE : Leadership strat\u00e9gique, Programme et Lobbying, Communication, D\u00e9veloppement institutionnel et Extension. <\/p>

Le Bureau est l’organe ex\u00e9cutif et administratif de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration, charg\u00e9 de mettre en \u0153uvre le plan strat\u00e9gique et les objectifs biennaux de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration. Il veille \u00e0 l’impact des programmes, \u00e0 l’efficacit\u00e9 de la bonne gouvernance et \u00e0 l’obligation de rendre des comptes, en pr\u00e9sentant un rapport chaque ann\u00e9e au conseil des gouverneures, lors de la R\u00e9union des Gouverneures. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
