Deux projets compl\u00e9mentaires men\u00e9s en Italie ont \u00e9t\u00e9 une v\u00e9ritable r\u00e9ussite pour les Soroptimist et les femmes qu\u2019elles soutiennent. En parall\u00e8le de proposer une formation \u00e0 des femmes ayant surv\u00e9cu \u00e0 la violence, les Soroptimist de San Marino ont r\u00e9colt\u00e9 des fonds afin de soutenir leurs propres actions concr\u00e8tes dans le domaine de l\u2019\u00e9radication de la violence \u00e0 l’\u00e9gard des femmes<\/a>, l\u2019un des cinq programmes du\u00a0SIE.<\/p>\n

RicuciAmo<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le projet pilote \u00ab\u00a0RicuciAmo\u00a0\u00bb a constitu\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re phase. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour aider des femmes ayant surv\u00e9cu \u00e0 la violence en leur proposant une formation professionnelle. \u00ab\u00a0RicuciAmo\u00a0\u00bb signifie \u00ab\u00a0Recousons\u00a0\u00bb. Avec chaque point de couture, ces femmes ont fait un pas vers un avenir meilleur.<\/p>\n

Gr\u00e2ce aux comp\u00e9tences acquises dans le domaine du textile et \u00e0 une aide pour rentrer sur le march\u00e9 du travail, ces femmes ont entre les mains les outils qui leur permettront de devenir financi\u00e8rement ind\u00e9pendantes. C\u2019est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment fondamental pour leur autonomie et un avenir sans violence.<\/p>\n

Le projet est actuellement dans sa phase finale. 12\u00a0femmes ont termin\u00e9 la formation, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9e dans la ville de Faenza avec le soutien de la r\u00e9gion \u00c9milie-Romagne.<\/p>\n

Vente dans un centre commercial<\/strong><\/p>\n

L\u2019engagement des Soroptimist pour am\u00e9liorer la vie des femmes de Saint-Marin a conf\u00e9r\u00e9 au club visibilit\u00e9 et cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 en tant qu\u2019acteur du changement. L\u2019autorit\u00e9 locale charg\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances a ainsi contact\u00e9 le Club Soroptimist de San Marino<\/a> (en tant qu\u2019organisation aux objectifs similaires ayant toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 active dans le domaine de la promotion sociale en faveur des femmes) afin de l\u2019inviter \u00e0 s\u2019impliquer dans un projet de vente visant \u00e0 collecter des fonds.<\/p>\n

La vente a eu lieu du 1er<\/sup>\u00a0d\u00e9cembre\u00a02022 au 8\u00a0janvier\u00a02023. Le San Marino Outlet Experience<\/a>, l\u2019un des plus grands centres commerciaux de Saint-Marin, a mis un espace \u00e0 disposition pour cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement. Les 18\u00a0Soroptimist locales qui ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la vente ont travaill\u00e9 de\u00a011 \u00e0 18\u00a0heures. Elles ont propos\u00e9 la confection de paquets cadeaux pour les articles achet\u00e9s dans les magasins du centre commercial et ont vendu des bas de No\u00ebl cousus par les femmes du projet \u00ab\u00a0RicuciAmo\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette initiative, les Soroptimist ont collect\u00e9 1\u00a0600\u00a0EUR. Une grande partie des fonds a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9investie dans le Club pour soutenir ses activit\u00e9s, en particulier celles li\u00e9es \u00e0 la sensibilisation au sujet de la violence \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des femmes.<\/p>\n

Les d\u00e9fis auxquels les femmes sont confront\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre relev\u00e9s collectivement. Pas individuellement. Ce projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 couronn\u00e9 de succ\u00e8s parce que nous avons agi ensemble pour faire changer les choses.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Efforts include building shelters, aiding victims of violence, providing counselling services, lobbying for improved prevention programmes and policies and raising awareness of this problem.\r\n\r\nMany of our projects are conducted\u00a0in collaboration with local and national governments, policy makers, and other organisations\/institutions working towards the elimination of violence against women through improved prevention and response strategies and programmes.\r\n\r\nSince 2022, during the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, we have been focusing on violence prevention through the READ THE SIGNS campaign.
