Soroptimist Balkan Leadership Academy

The first-ever Soroptimist Balkan Leadership Academy (SBLA) will take place from September 1–7, 2025, at Lipite Spot, Bulgaria.

This week-long academy will unite young women aged 22–35 from across the Balkans for an immersive experience in leadership, mentoring, and cultural exchange. Through expert-led workshops, wellness activities, hands-on learning, and personal coaching, participants will gain the skills and confidence to lead positive change in their communities.
