Soroptimist Nordic Leadership Academy (SNLA)

The Soroptimist Nordic Leadership Academy (SNLA) is a dynamic summer programme designed to equip young women (ages 20–30) from the Nordic countries with the skills and confidence to take on future leadership roles.

Held annually in one of the five Nordic countries since 2017, SNLA offers a week of intensive, English-language training in communication, leadership, teamwork, sustainability, and personal development — all in a beautiful, culturally rich setting.

Participants engage in hands-on workshops, group projects, presentations, and daily physical activities like yoga and “walk-and-talk” reflections. The experience is further enriched by optional post-program mentoring, helping participants continue their leadership journey.

This year, the SNLA will be held in Vaasa (Finland) from the 22nd to the 28th of June, 2025.
