Sustainability

Soroptimists are working to achieve greater environmental sustainability at local, national and international levels.

A sustainable environment is essential for the well-being and empowerment of women. We initiate projects that improve the environment while addressing the specific needs of women and girls in their communities. Our work includes mitigating the effects of climate change and providing aid after natural or man-made disasters.

In addition to these hands-on initiatives, we actively advocate for greater environmental sustainability at local, national, and international levels.
