Stop Being Silent – When the System Fails to Protect Women and Children

Stop Being Silent – When the System Fails to Protect Women and Children

September 28 @ 18 h 00 min - 19 h 00 min

SIE invites you to a conversation with author Josefina Johannisson, whose mother was killed by her father. Drawing on her personal experience, Josefina will discuss prevention, the role of police and public authorities, and the need to recognise domestic violence as a societal issue rather than a private matter. Josefina will also reflect on the impact violence has on children and families, and why changing attitudes, asking questions, and acting on warning signs can make a difference.

Join us for an important conversation about prevention, protection, and society’s responsibility.
