What is your motivation?
What motivates me is simple: helping women grow, building teams that work with passion, and contributing to a society where equality and opportunity are real, not just hoped for.
What is your vision for a better world?
Today, one of my strongest convictions is that artificial intelligence must become accessible to all. AI will shape every aspect of our lives, so we need women not only to use it, but to understand it, question it, and lead its development. Making AI literacy universal is, to me, an essential step toward a fairer future.
What does your country do well for women?
In my Union, Italy, I had the wonderful opportunity to carry out a wide project that brought trees back to 9 hectares of forest destroyed by a severe storm in the Trentino Dolomites. Now the Soroptimist forest is growing and is a place for Soroptimists to meet and celebrate.
