SIE Restricted Board is composed of dedicated Soroptimists who guide the Federation’s strategic direction and mission. It includes the President, President-elect, Immediate Past President, three Vice-presidents, the Treasurer, the Programme Director, and the Secretary General. All voting members are elected to serve a two-year term, with the exception of the Treasurer and Programme Director, who may be re-elected for a second term. Together with officers of the Enlarged Board, they are responsible for key areas aligned with SIE’s organisational model: Strategic Leadership, Programme and Advocacy, Communications, and Institutional Development and Extension.

The Board is the executive and administrative body of the Federation, tasked with delivering the Federation’s strategic plan and biennial goals. It ensures impactful programmes, effective good governance, and accountability—reporting annually to the Council of Governors at the Governors’ Meeting.
